In 2025, STAECNON-RJ received the Sintonia A Seal from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service — recognition that the Union keeps its tax obligations up to date and its registration status regular. In 2026, the Union was promoted to the Sintonia A+ Seal , the program's highest rating, granted in April 2026 and valid until March 2027.
What is the Receita Sintonia Program?
Receita Sintonia is a program of the Special Secretariat of the Federal Revenue of Brazil that classifies active legal entities according to their degree of tax and customs compliance, based on objective criteria defined by Complementary Law No. 225/2026 and Normative Instruction RFB No. 2,316/2026.
The classification identifies taxpayers with regular and cooperative tax behavior, and inclusion in the program is automatic—no application is required. The degree of compliance ranges from lower classifications to A+ , the highest, granted to those who maintain regular registration, are up-to-date with tax obligations, and regularly submit declarations and accounting records with consistent information.
Unlike other classifications — which are only disclosed to the taxpayer themselves — the list of companies with the Sintonia A+ Seal is published by the Federal Revenue Service itself, independently of authorization, precisely because it represents the highest standard of compliance.
