NOTICE OF CONVOCATION

ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The President of the Union of Workers in the Water Purification and Distribution Industries and in Sewage Services of Campos and the North and Northwest Region of the State of Rio de Janeiro – STAECNON-RJ , in the exercise of his legal and statutory powers, summons the members in full enjoyment of their union rights to meet in Ordinary General Assembly on June 30, 2026 , at 5:30 PM in first call, with the participation of 50% plus 1 of the members in full enjoyment of their union rights and duties, and at 6:00 PM , in second call, with any number of members, in a hybrid format: in person, at the Union Headquarters, located at Rua Marechal Floriano, 147, Centro, Campos dos Goytacazes-RJ, and virtually, through access to the Google Meet system, via the link: (AVAILABLE ON (WHATSAPP GROUPS) , which will also be available through digital media, in the WhatsApp group and on the Union's website (www.staecnon.org.br), for the following Agenda: 1) Presentation, for Accountability of the period from 02/27/2025 (beginning of the 2025/2029 term) to 12/31/2025, with the opinion of the Fiscal Council; 2) General matters in accordance with the Agenda .
