ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT 2025

The President of the Union of Workers in the Water Purification and Sewage Services Industries of Campos and the North and Northwest Region of the State of Rio de Janeiro - STAECNON-RJ , in the exercise of his legal and statutory powers, summons the members , in full enjoyment of their union rights, to the Ordinary General Assembly, to be held in a hybrid format, on June 26, 2025, at 5:30 pm in the first call, with the participation of 50% plus 1 (fifty percent plus one) of the members in full enjoyment of their union rights and duties, and at 6 pm in the second call , this one with the participation of any number of members; The meeting will be held in person at the Union headquarters located at Rua Marechal Floriano, 147, Centro, Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ, and virtually via Google Meet, using a link that will be provided through digital communication channels, with the following agenda: 1) Presentation, for deliberation by the Assembly, of the financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year, with the opinion of the Fiscal Council; 2) Presentation, for deliberation by the Assembly, of the financial statements for the period from 01/01/2025 to 26/02/2025, corresponding to the end of the 2021/2025 term, with the opinion of the Fiscal Council; 3) General matters in accordance with the Agenda.
