Union Elections - Notice of Meeting

The President of the Union of Workers in the Water Purification and Distribution Industries and in Sewage Services of Campos and the North and Northwest Region of the State of Rio de Janeiro STAECNON/RJ, exercising his duties and obeying the statutory precept, calls for Elections of the Board of Directors, Fiscal Council, effective and alternate members, for the four-year period from 02/27/2025 to 02/26/2029. The election will take place on 12/23/2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Union headquarters, located at Rua Marechal Floriano, 147 - Centro - Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ, and with Mobile Ballot Boxes, as per article 50 (fifty) of the Statute. The deadline for registering a slate of candidates will be 10 (ten) consecutive days from the date of publication of this notice, excluding the first and including the last day, as per article 29 (twenty-nine) of the STAECNON/RJ Statute. Registration hours for the slate(s) will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Union headquarters. The deadline for challenging a candidacy will be 5 (five) days from the publication of the list of registered slates in a newspaper circulating within the Union's territorial base. If a second and third election are necessary, they will take place on December 26, 2024 and December 27, 2024, at the same locations, respectively, as per articles 66 (sixty-six) and 67 (sixty-seven) of the Governing Statute.
