Union Present in Macuco and Bom Jardim
This Tuesday (January 20th), the Sindicato Presente project took another important step in its mission to bring the organization closer to its members. Directors Luidi Boquimpani and Robson Dantas met with workers from the Rio+Saneamento company in the municipalities of Macuco and Bom Jardim.
The meeting was not just a technical visit, but a space for direct dialogue and transparency about what matters most to workers at the moment: the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
During the meetings, the directors detailed the current stage of the negotiations, clarifying doubts and listening to the specific demands of each locality. The goal is to ensure that no worker is left uninformed and that everyone understands the progress and challenges of our struggle for better conditions.
"Our commitment is to clarity. The worker needs to know that the union is at the negotiating table, but is also by their side, on the factory floor, listening to what they have to say," stated director Luidi Boquimpani.
Class Consciousness and Empowerment
This initiative is part of a strategic guideline from President Josemar Violante. Through the "Present Union" project, the current administration seeks to break down geographical and bureaucratic barriers, bringing class consciousness to all regions.
Why is this important?
Unity: The closer the union is to its members, the greater our strength at the negotiating table.
Awareness: Understanding our rights is the first step to defending them.
Link: To create a real support network between the category and its representatives.
The work never stops!
The visitation schedule continues. The union reaffirms that collective struggle is the only tool capable of guaranteeing real achievements. Stay tuned to our official channels to find out when the Union Present will be at your unit.
