Seminar demonstrates in practice the harmful effects of privatization.

Last Friday (March 15th), participants of the Seminar: "Water in Dispute - Network of Knowledge in Defense of the Environment", promoted by Sindaema/ES, were involved in a boat parade, organized in partnership with MAB and the Renovo do Vale Fishermen's Association. The group of seminar participants was taken along the waters of the Rio Doce, where they had the opportunity to see firsthand the struggle of those affected, victims of the Vale/BHP crime in Mariana, who are fighting in defense of life and the environment.

Representing Staecnon/RJ were the vice-president, Josemar Violante, and the director, Adson Diniz, who took the opportunity to share many experiences from the struggles against privatization in Rio de Janeiro. "Events like these provide participants with important knowledge for improving the fight!" – said Josemar.
