Farewell at Rio+Saneamento celebrates camaraderie and partnership.
The president of the Union joins in the tribute.
Last Wednesday, September 10th, the Rio+Saneamento team from the São Fidélis center gathered for a special moment of celebration and farewell. The meeting was dedicated to recognizing and honoring the professional journey of their colleague Juracy da Silva Neta, who will be transferred to contribute in another city.
More than just a farewell, it was a celebration of the exemplary work and dedication she always showed to the team. Her transfer is a testament to her competence and professionalism, qualities that deeply impacted every member of the team.
The president of STAECNON/RJ, Josemar Violante, who was passing by on his way to a meeting with workers at the base, joined the group. He took the opportunity to update everyone on the progress in the negotiations for the Collective Bargaining Agreement, reaffirming the union's commitment to continue working in partnership to ensure speed and the best results. He informed them that the agenda approved by the workers, delivered on May 27th, has still not been answered by the company, even after repeated official letters issued by the union; in other words, more than 100 days have passed without a response. Josemar informed them that if the company does not respond by next week, STAECNON/RJ, together with SINTSAMA/RJ, will be forced to resort to the Labor Court in search of more forceful solutions.
President Josemar emphasized: “All the recognition shown to Juracy only highlights his true value. May this new phase be marked by commitment and, above all, by respect for his colleagues!”
The union leadership wishes Juracy much success and prosperity in her new journey. Her legacy will continue to inspire all who had the honor of working alongside her.
