Notice regarding the Staecnon Election for the four-year period 2021-2025

UNION ELECTIONS
NOTICE OF CONVOCATION

The President of the Union of Workers in the Water Production, Purification and Distribution Industry and in Sewage Services of Campos and the North and Northwest Region of the State of Rio de Janeiro - STAECNON, exercising his duties and obeying the electoral process foreseen in the Staecnon Statute and also observing what was deliberated in the extraordinary general assembly held on 07/16/2020, calls for Elections for the Board of Directors, Fiscal Council, effective and alternate members, for the four-year period from 02/27/2021 to 02/26/2025. The elections will take place on January 11, 2021, January 12, 2021, and January 13, 2021, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a fixed ballot box at the Union headquarters, located at Rua Marechal Floriano, 147 – Centro – Campos dos Goytacazes-RJ, a fixed ballot box at Cedae in Macaé-RJ, at Av.: Rui Barbosa, 870 - Centro Macaé-RJ, a fixed ballot box at Cedae in Miracema-RJ, at Rua Santo Antônio, 359 – Centro – Miracema - RJ, a fixed ballot box in Itaperuna-RJ, at Rua Tenente Otaviano, 4 – Horto – Itaperuna – RJ, and with mobile ballot boxes. The deadline for registering a slate of candidates will be 10 (ten) consecutive days from the date of publication of this notice, excluding the first and including the last day, as per article 29 (twenty-nine) of the Staecnon-RJ Statute. The registration hours for the slate(s) will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at the Union Headquarters. The deadline for challenging candidacies will be 5 (five) days from the publication of the list of registered slates in a newspaper circulating within the Union's territorial base. If a second and third election are necessary, they will take place on January 18, 2021. 19/01/2021 and 20/01/2021, and 25/01/2021; 26/01/2021 and 27/01/2021 respectively, in accordance with articles 66 (sixty-six) and 67 (sixty-seven) of the Governing Statute.

RECTIFICATION

In the notice published on November 5, 2020, in this newspaper, the Union of Workers in the Water Production, Purification and Distribution Industry and in Sewage Services of Campos and the North and Northwest Region of the State of Rio de Janeiro - STAECNON, corrects that, where it reads "The elections will take place on January 11, 2021" it should read "The elections will take place on January 11, 2021..."
